WP.pro automatically saves the current state of your WordPress files, including media, every 4 hours, and the database once every 24 hours, keeping this data stored for 30 days by default. This setup provides 6 full backups of your website and 1 full backup of your database per day, minimizing potential impact in case of file issues.

This means that by default, at no additional cost, you have access to the last 180 recovery points for your WordPress website and 30 recovery points for your database.

You can extend this schedule and retention period with optional add-ons. Additionally, you have the flexibility to disable backups for your website and/or database, or adjust the frequency and retention period as needed.
